Google Review – Bill & Ruth’s I’ve eaten here for years and have always considered it a Tulsa landmark, which is why I was especially disappointed with my recent experience. Their posted Sunday hours are until 6:00 PM. I arrived a few minutes before closing, well within business hours, and drove across town specifically to share this place with my wife, who is a new immigrant to the U.S. When I pulled up to the window to place an order, instead of being greeted or told they had closed early, an employee came to the window, did not open it, and simply waved me away. There was no explanation or courtesy, just a gesture indicating they were closed. Even if they were preparing to close, a simple “Sorry, we’ve closed early” would have been the respectful way to handle it. Unfortunately, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. After many years of support, this experience has left me very disappointed, and I likely won’t be returning. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love Bill & Ruth's. I always get the belly buster sub and french fries. It is always consistent and oh so affordable. The space was always clean and the staff were friendly and quick. Their menu has so many options to choose from! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

First time in, I had the gyro and fries. Was the best I've had in Oklahoma. Hot and fresh in under 5 minutes, don't sleep on this place, the price is just right. I'll definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
