An absolutely beautiful evening! Our server was kind, personal and warm. While the restaurant was exceptional in its professionalism and attention to detail as would be expected of a Michelin Restaurant, there was nothing pretentious or stuffy about it. We felt welcomed as though we were in a friends home. The food was delicious and beautiful. Thank you for such a beautiful evening! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dinner at Bini was hands down the highlight of our trip. It’s been a long time since we’ve had a meal this spectacular, even among Michelin-starred restaurants. From the moment we walked in, the space felt warm and inviting—intimate and relaxed, the kind of room that instantly puts you at ease. The food matched that sense of care in every way. Each dish carried meticulous, layered flavors that unfolded with every bite. The pastas were unforgettable—silky, delicate, melt-in-your-mouth perfection—and even the bread was so delicious we didn’t leave a crumb behind. The welcome aperitif was so refreshing that my husband immediately asked for another, and the drinks program as a whole impressed me with its range, especially the thoughtful selection of non-alcoholic wines and beers. What truly elevated the evening, though, was the couple who run Bini. The chef’s talent speaks through every dish, while his wife brings the same level of artistry and pride to the service. She looked after us with such warmth and care that it felt less like dining at a restaurant and more like being welcomed into their home. That sincerity, combined with their clear pride in what they’ve built, made the night unforgettable. Elegant yet soulful, refined yet heartfelt—Bini reminded us of why we love dining experiences at this level. Without question, one of the most memorable dinners we’ve ever had.
