For the price you are paying, this place is barely worth it. Our total bill was around 8000php. We were a group of 9 very hungry adults. Called the restaurant to get a reservation on the day itself and we were given a table which was very good. We got there and the staff was fairly helpful, and we were almost immediately asked to go to our table on the 2nd floor. When we got there, the staff was dillydallying and were a bit slow to set up the table. We got seated and they started setting up the plates. We had to ask for menus because they didn't proactively give them to us. Were the staff friendly? Not really. Even after finding out that one of us was celebrating a birthday, we didn't get a greeting. Not even a smile. It was all BAU. Here are the food we ordered and my opinions about them: 1. Sisig (2x) 530php each- Prolly one of the best sisigs I have had ever. Very pricey though. 9/10 2. Kare kare 950php - Really good the alamang was not fishy, and the meat was tender. We enjoyed the alamang so much we asked for more and they gave us more right away. A friend told us the serving was bigger before. Oh well. 9/10 3. Murcon 950php- was this mostly flour and some ground meat? What a weird mouth-feel. Was it supposed to disintegrate in your mouth like sand? Not pleasant at all. 3/10 4. Shrimp Okoy 420php- the best dish served to us. Crispy and paired well with their spiced vinegar. 9/10 5. Pangat na ulang 870php - gigantic river prawns cooked with a sour soup with lemongrass in a bamboo stalk. Soup was good, prawns were not overcooked. Twas ok. 7/10 6. Binulo rice 220 for 3 pieces per order- sticky rice cooked in a bambo stalk. Like suman but less sweet. Was it special? Meh. 4/10 7. Bulanglang na Baboy 650php- basically sinigang sa bayabas. Meat was tender. Soup was weird. But also they served us bulanglang with human hair hahaha. They replaced though which was ok. That took a while though so yeah not good. Overall taste was fine. 6/10 8. Fried rice 320php - winner. So much going on. 8/10 Verdict: Go here if you want some upscale kapampangan food. The food is slightly elevated. But for 8000 php and that level of service? Barely worth it. Go find other restaurants that are cheaper that offer similar food items instead. Binulo is a great place the environment and ambiance were really good for me, and the food itself tasted good too — I’d give it a 7/10. We ordered 7 dishes and i want to highlight the sinampalukang manok, if I’m not mistaken it cost around ₱720. What surprised me was the serving size. They gave us a big bowl, but there were only about four slices of chicken inside and not much else. For ₱720, I honestly expected more. The taste was good, but the portion didn’t feel worth the price. As for the staff, some of them were doing their job properly, but others didn’t seem very attentive. They handed us the menu without giving any recommendations or suggestions, then just left us on our own. They also charge a 10% service fee, but personally I didn’t feel the service matched that charge. At one point, two staff members were talking loudly to each other like they were on break, and they were louder than the customers. If you ask whether we’ll come back again, honestly I’m not sure. There are a lot of restaurants around the area that could probably offer a better overall experience. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱500–1,000

Loved my experience at Binulo Clark! The staff is very patient and accommodating. The food is superb with big portion sizes. Going there is a great experience and worth your time and money.
