Une expérience effrayante. J'ai acheté de l'entrecôte Bio de la boucherie Niessen emballée sous-vide. Lorsque que j'ai ouvert l'emballage et fait cuire la viande dans la poêle, j'ai remarqué des petites boules grises sur la viande et dans le fond de ma poêle. Il s'avère qu'il s'agit du plastique contenu dans les coussins absorbants de l'emballage!Imaginez acheter une viande bio à plus de 40 euros le kilo et finir par manger du plastique!Plus jamais, je n'achèterai plus jamais cette marque.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------A frightening experience. I bought organic steak from the Niessen butcher shop vacuum-packed. When I opened the package and cooked the meat in the pan, I noticed little gray balls on the meat and in the bottom of my pan. It turns out that this is the plastic contained in the absorbent pads of the packaging!Imagine buying organic meat for more than 40 euros per kilo and end up eating plastic!Never again, I will never buy this brand again.

C'est une bonne boucherie, j'aime beaucoup leurs viandes et le personnelle est sympathique.
