Lovely little coffee and pasty spot in beeston, I wouldn’t usually put a review but the pleasant service and atmosphere pushed me to leave a review! Theres a lot of coffee shops now but not many that offer a decent savoury option, which is why I prefer birds! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a very disappointing experience at this café. I visited with my mother and my partner. We queued together and first bought our coffee at the first cashier. After that, my mother stepped forward briefly to look at the doughnuts on display. Once she had decided what she wanted, we returned to the queue behind the counter to buy the doughnuts. The staff member at the second till was extremely rude and insisted that we had not been queuing, even though we had been waiting in line the whole time. There was absolutely no need for such an unfriendly and disrespectful attitude. I don’t know whether the way we were treated had anything to do with the fact that my mother and I are not local, but the experience certainly made us feel unwelcome. Regardless of the reason, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this café based on the way we were treated. Service: 1
