Visited this establishment for Father's Day with my family 6/15/25. My sister made the reservation and recommended it since she lives in the area. We were warmly welcomed by lovely staff. All 4 of us started off with cocktails, my sister and I tried Anywhere with you, it was nice and spicy with the mezcal and the lime and tajin was very good together, our server Nick recommended it. My father had the sangria and my mom had the Bloody Mary, both of them enjoyed theirs. Now to the entrees, both my parents had the Corned Beef Hash, which both of them really enjoyed. My sister had the Seitan Gyro, she said it was really delicious. I had the Maple Burger, it was very flavorful, only minor critic was I ordered it medium, it was prepared well done, still was a nice burger. I will certainly return to try the Smash Burger which was enjoyed by Bethenny Frankel, my sister and I love her. Other than that, as a Culinarian/Foodie visiting from Philly in West Chester County NY, it was a great experience. Nick sure Rocked! I Highly Recommend Birdsall House, definitely check it out and tell them Charlie sent ya! Food and service are very good. The beer they selected for their menu is premium quality. Had dinner there last week, sat outside, and could not determine why they thought it was a good idea for a craftsman to be working with loud power tools within very close proximity to people having dinner. It was disrespectful to their customers.
