We ordered a tenders basket from this food truck, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. There were no other customers at the time, so I assume the oil wasn’t properly heated before they fried the food. Both the chicken and the fries were completely soaked in oil, greasy to the point of being inedible. On top of that, it seems like they use the same oil to cook other dishes, possibly Indian food, because the chicken had a very strong Indian spice smell and taste. It was overwhelming and definitely not what we expected from chicken tenders. This was honestly the worst meal we’ve ever had. We tried a few bites and had no choice but to throw the rest away. Extremely disappointing. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is so good. I’ve eaten here so many times and it never fails. The food is always hot. The fries are always fresh and the sauce always hits. They have mild, medium, and hot level chicken so everyone can enjoy it. If you’re looking for some well seasoned chicken with good sauce to his the spot late at night , THIS IS THE PLACE. I love birdside HTX! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Wing Basket, Seasoned Fries, The Basket, Dipping Sauce
