Hello Yatu Thank you for coming to our restaurant. We do realize and appreciate everyone has different taste and opinions, we do take pride in our birria. We cook our birria for many hours with just the proper amount of spices. Our recipe is full of flavor and tenderness. We make alot of our product in the restaurant such as our salsas. We do make hand made tortillas as well. People sometimes eat food that has alot of flavor and some would say otherwise. Again everyone has different taste and we respect that. We make sure to provide great tasting & quality food to our customers daily. Including providing great service.
