so bummed out, I recently moved to the area and had very high hopes for this place. went in at 11am on a random tuesday and they were moderately busy. nobody greets you because the hosts and servers are so focused on the task at hand (understandable). very kind once assisting you. went in and placed an order to go. I ordered filled churro donuts and am super confused about what I received. it was just a plan ball of fried dough. no sugar, no cinnamon, no filling, nothing. that was extremely disappointing not sure if they just felt it good enough but i was really looking forward to something more churro like or even filled…. Biscuits Cafe is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a hearty brunch with plenty of menu options. The Adult Grilled Cheese was delicious, especially the flavorful bread that really elevated the sandwich. I personally would have loved a little more cheese and a meltier texture, but the overall taste was still excellent. The Country Style Omelet, smothered in white gravy, was rich, indulgent, and packed with flavor. The hash browns were perfectly crispy, and the side of fries with the grilled cheese were some of the crispiest and most satisfying fries I've had in a while. Be prepared for a wait, especially on weekends. They don't take reservations, and our party of four waited about 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was very busy, but the food made it worth it. Overall, a solid brunch spot with great comfort food and generous portions. Meal type: Brunch Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
