Victoria was our server. She is AMAZING! Very helpful, friendly, and excellent customer service. The food was great. The bread needed to me more warm but that's just me. Overall, I will be going back. It's a great place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been going to this restaurant ever since it opened and have seen all the changes in menu items, prices, happy hour, chefs and servers. Although the prices are almost double than they were 14 years ago, the food was excellent last night and the ambiance was amazing. This restaurant is a true gem. It’s always clean and comfortable and friendly. The chicken pizziola was fantastic, huge and worth every penny. The Salmon was perfectly cooked and the broccolini was excellent. Our server was great and the bussers are very attentive Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Bistro 57 is located within the Aliante Hotel and Casino. First, I had dinner here on Sunday evening, 10/15/2023. I ordered Chicken Piccata and a glass of wine. The chicken was GREAT. Maybe the best Chicken Piccata I've ever had. Fast forward to tonight, 10/22/23 and I returned to order the same meal. Yicks! Bad news. 2 stars ONLY. Chicken was very poorly served and at least a third of it went into the trash. That's right, a new chef in training sent out a grisly piece of chicken unfit for consumption! When I brought it to the attention of the server, she agreed and begged forgiveness. It turned her stomach too. Shout out to Boyd Gaming & Restaurant Management - training needed. The chicken needs to be one clean, lean, no gristle piece, perfectly cooked and served. This was UGLY. Chopped up and cut wrong. It looked like it had been thrown together with left over pieces. YUCK. Service from Brooklyn was good. We will see if things improve. I'll be back soon and note, I'm going 10 miles out of my way to eat here, so the chefs need to be on top of their game. A week ago, they were. Tonight, they fumbled. Vegas is a foodie's town. If you aren't on your game serving the best meal you can everytime, you are soon going to see fewer and fewer customers and you'll be out of business at this restaurant.
