Excellent, we had the Thursday menu, doe caparcio, pork gratin and vegetables, crème fraîche waffle..beautiful presentation...very good wine, I highly recommend..thank you Rose and Rundolf Nat, Hugo, Marion and Sjer Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited this restaurant with my partner on a Sunday afternoon and we were sincerely looking forward to an enjoyable meal. We took a glass of Clémant d’Alsace and and ordered a bottle of wine to go with the meal. Ordered our starters and sincerely enjoyed them. We did feel that the service was absolutely below par. After having finished our starters we were handed over the (hand written) bill of another table. But the worst was still to come. We ordered Steak de boeuf façon Rossini and ordered it medium rare. When cutting off the first slice it was clear that the meat was white and over cooked. We asked for the waitress who wanted it us to cut the steak in two which we both did. Both were cooked white down to the center and we told her that this was not what we ordered. She took the plates with her to return 5 minutes later with one plate. Mine was accepted as not what I ordered but the one of my partner was fine according to the chef (hardly any difference and close to well done). Besides the fact that the plate was meanwhile cold and I did not have a main course (supposedly we were supposed to eat independently), we were shocked by the rudeness. We asked for the chef but instead of the chef coming to his guests we had to go to the chef. Instead of listening he started to argue that there was nothing wrong with the steak and he would only cook 1 new. He even threatened to call the police! I have visited a lot of restaurants all over the world both for business and privately. It was clear for us that we were not welcome guests and indicated that we would pay for what we had eaten and leave it at that. This was only reluctantly accepted and we paid the 69 euro’s for the meal that consisted of two starters. This chef should not be running a restaurant business as he does not understand that we come as guests to enjoy nice food in a nice atmosphere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
