The young lady behind the counter was really friendly and couldn’t have been nicer, she had excellent customer service. The reason for the low rating is the fact we couldn’t eat our burgers due to them barely being cooked, they tasted raw and the buns were soggy. Not impressed with the food. The brisket loaded fries tasted dry and bland, the chicken tenders were okay but not the best. Just tasted cheap. Will most likely not order from here again. Just finished my home alone box from this place, and let me tell you now, what a meal it was!!! The burger was cooked to perfection, the garlic & Parmesan chips are to die for and the chicken tenders are just outstanding. I really do recommend to anyone that enjoys burgers and are big eaters as I am myself and wow! Defo the best place I’ve eaten yet. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

We thought that we would give Bite Box A go after deciding we fancied a burger. I've got to say it was fantastic, I had the smashed brisket burger. So tasteful very nice indeed. Definitely coming back.
