So I also tried Haitian braised fried pork called Griot. And wow they were incredible! They tasted similar to Galbi Jim, Korean braised pork ribs. Highly recomended!

Overpriced. The only thing that tasted good was the ribs. When it come to beef brisket, you're supposed to cut it against the grain. Also, the beef brisket was overcooked. For a second, i thought i was eating beef jerky instead of beef brisket.

This Bite Down BBQ food truck is in Gainesville at the corner of Archer and 34th. Tricky location but fantastic food! The ribs are succulent and tender with an authentic smoke flavor. The bread that comes with it is like pillowy clouds and soaks up the sweet bbq sauce nicely. The greens and mac & cheese are tasty soul food pairings that leave you wanting more! The great options, awesome flavor plus affordable prices have made this food truck a new addition to my rotation!.
