Took my family who was visiting from out of town and out of state for dinner to Bizou...we sat down at the first round table that was reserved for us early for our early evening dinner. The black table cloth was filthy!!! At everyone's place sitting you could see remains of where someone had previously had eaten and food had they had attempted to brush the food away instead changing the tablecloth. When you have your moth set for apps, entrees, drinks, dessert...the least you can do is change the table cloth. Did you reuse the napkins too??? The waitress seem bored with her job. We had drinks and decided to leave after a few other things we witnessed...so sad what we witnessed. Why would this happen when the health dept is watching so closely!!! Ick!!! We left after drinks and went to another local establishment for a great dinner and no tablecloths!

First off, the food is good, the service was good. The waitress told me there was an upcharge for a wedge salad instead of a house or a caesar. At first I chose the caesar, then I went and told her I would have the wedge. I figured a $3 or $4 upcharge. To my surprise my bill says my salad was removed and I was charged $10. So I was charged $10 for a small wedge salad that was OK. And I didnt even get my original soup or salad. An upcharge is in addition, there was no addition, just a bill. See the photo. I could have gotten a ceasar or a house or a soup and then paid the $10 (which is a rip anyways) but I got none of that, and just a large charge for a decent salad. She then said there was nothing she could do. And she asked the manager and supposedly the manager said she could no nothing. I then paid bill, left a nice tip, and manager had the gall to ask my wife and mom if the food was great. Not wanting confrontation they didnt say anything, and I let it go, but hopefully this makes people think twice about going here. I felt ripped off. Erik
