Good evening, Firstly, I would like to offer my apologies for any inconvenience caused and address aspects of your review. The car parking system is operated on an ANPR basis, so it automatically recognises your number plate; it is operated by a third-party company, and whilst it is in operation in my car park, I feel that negatively reviewing my establishment is somewhat unfair. As the system has been in operation for over 2 years, my staff no longer prompt customers to enter their registration; there are at least 4 signs in my car park that advise customers to enter their registration. There are also signs located inside my pub asking customers to do the same. On receipt of the fine, previous customers have contacted the pub to seek assistance; in the majority of cases I have been able to overturn the decisions based on the fact that genuine customers are using my car park. It is with regret that your father did not do this on this occasion and therefore the fine was processed. I do hope that my explanation has been sufficient in response to your comments.
