Such a small seating area, we felt like we annoyed the staff by wanting to eat in. Got told very early in that they’d ran out of “bacon”, which was on what felt like 90% of the options on the menu. Asked for the eggs Benedict and explained we were happy to have it without bacon, but the lady doing the food “heavily advised against it” without substituting something else on. We opted for haggis. Was charged £1 to add the tiniest little piece of a dry tattie scone to the dish. Found the haggis to be way too much, and the eggs Benedict would’ve been lovely without it. The woman doing the food just seemed stressed as anything, apologising to the other server for it being so busy. It is a very small shop, but there were only 5 people eating in when we were there, including us, and 2 more people had ordered to takeaway. The food was good, all vegan and tasty enough, unfortunately the visit was highly soured by the lady with red hair being abrupt and stressed for no reason and it ended with us not feeling welcomed. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Parking space: Difficult to find parking Kid-friendliness: Staff didn’t seem pleased that a pushchair had been brought in the shop. Felt like I had a dirty look for giving my son a banana as I ate my lunch. Wheelchair accessibility: Very small shop- I imagine the staff would have a heart attack if a wheelchair tried to get in the door.

If you are looking for amazing vegan food in Edinburgh, don't miss this place. Loved their cronuts: light, fluffy and with delicious fillings. The Boston doughnuts were a delight. The tofu with Hollandaise sauce is out of this world. Their Banh Mi is one of the best we've had. We have been here every day during our time in Edinburgh and everything we tried has been delicious. This is a very small place, so be prepared to take food away, it is totally worth it. Can't wait to visit again.
