Black rifle is always great with the best coffee. The 1776 is the way to go. This black rifle shop is bigger than the others we've been to, but still had the nice laid back welcoming patriotic atmosphere they always have.

Coffee isn’t very strong- but still good. Food tastes well (mainly breakfast food: egg biscuit sandwiches). Lots of different flavors and options. Service is amazing - so professional and polite :) Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes

To Whom It May Concern,. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service experience at your Black Rifle Coffee Company location in Niceville, Florida. On January 4th at approximately 9:00 a.m., my wife and I entered the store and were not greeted or welcomed in any manner. Two employees were present behind the counter, yet no acknowledgment was made upon our arrival. This lack of basic courtesy created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. Additionally, when interaction did occur, the employees’ demeanor came across as rude and unfriendly, which further reinforced the feeling that our presence was not appreciated. This experience was disappointing and fell well below the standard of customer service one would reasonably expect. As a result of this encounter, my wife and I will not be returning to this location. Based on our experience, this did not feel like a welcoming environment, and that is deeply unfortunate. I am submitting this complaint in hopes that it will be taken seriously and used to address customer service standards at this location. Sincerely,. Adaryl Beasley.
