Walked in at 11:45 PM, just 15 minutes before closing, and we were greeted warmly by a gentleman who asked what we’d like to order. We ended up ordering 5 pizzas, including two build-your-own pizzas with lots of extra toppings and special requests. Honestly, many people would’ve seemed annoyed that close to closing time, but Aaron never once showed any frustration. He continued to provide excellent customer service throughout the entire interaction, stayed professional, patient, and friendly, and truly made our visit pleasant. I wish customer service like this was more common, even during regular business hours. Thank you, Aaron, for the professionalism you showed us and for carrying yourself with such a positive attitude. they had a promo event which went really well. they handed out tickets about an hour before the event started so there was no line cutting. the staff was really friendly and the pizzas were pretty good too Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
