So disappointed. We visited twice in the last couple of weeks. The first visit the food was great, service staff were so grumpy with everyone (unless you were family and then they had all the time in the world for smiles and long chats). We had the burrata and tomato salad which had an abundance of tomatoes and cost around £14. The other dish Camembert around the same price point and fine. Fast forward to yesterday. We had same salad dish, Same price but with about 5 cherry tomatoes cut in half with burrata. We also had the ham sandwich. It was toasted not soft ciabatta, barely any ham with some crisps stuffed in the middle and the salad was the kind that get stuck in your throat £14.50. We have loved this cafe for years but will not be returning. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Amazing cafe with local produce and a lovely vibe. 100% comfortable there as a coeliac and the smoked salmon sandwich was the best I've ever had. Fresh juice and great coffee at really reasonable prices for such an affluent area where things are often eye wateringly expensive. Lovely service, and helped my mum identify a herb in her food which she loved and is now growing. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Dietary restrictions: Great for gluten free

I booked the upstairs tables at the Blockley Cafe for a group of 15 of us for lunch for a hen party and it was wonderful. The food and drinks were all delicious, and we had ample time to relax, enjoy our food and drink coffees afterwards. The service was also great and our food came very quickly (we did a pre-order beforehand). I'd highly recommend this gorgeous cafe for anyone looking to have a slightly fancier but still laid back lunch. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
