Today I experienced unprofessional language here when picking up for UberEats delivery. Even though I was waiting silently because I knew it was always long waiting here and nobody came out to greet Ubereats delivery drivers. The cause should be I cancelled pickup after long waiting on several previous occasions.After I wrote this review, they rated me a thumb-down on Uber Eats APP for a previous day's completed delivery. Ironically, their feedback was "Professionalism with businesses". So here I provide deep insights into this kitchen.This family-sized kitchen has at least 9 names on Uber Eats, such as* Blue Elephant,* Blue Elephant (Gerrard & Parliament),* Urban Thai,* Urban Thai (Gerrard & Parliament),* Urbanthai Express (Parliament),* Thai One On Express (St Clair),* Poutine Delight Express,* URBAN Vegan & Vegetarian,* mnm Thai.Each listing has a huge menu. This contributes to poor food quality and long cook time.Orders from Uber Eats might be delivered by themselves. In this case, they cook several orders one by one, and then deliver these orders one by one. Long delay is normal, and customers can’t track their orders on the map of Uber Eats APP.By the way, they are not Thai people, not even Southeast Asian or East Asian. Even if they claim their cuisine are Thai-flavored.The sanitary condition is not good, not a clean place. In addition, there are always a lot of pigeon droppings outside the door.
