It’s really sad to put this in review. I was a regular customer of Blue Ribbon. I keep coming back to order food because of the service they provide not because of the food. Food is normal I can eat and get the same home cook taste in other Filipino restaurant. But yesterday in particular made my decision not to go back again. The cashier Name Mary or Maryjane get me questions why I order to Blue Ribbon. What happened was I ordered food and the soup is not what I like “Papaitan soup” and I humble ask her if they have another soup and she said no only the papaitan and I ask again if I can get the money i paid since I never touch the food and still with her hands. And her facial expressions was odd and pointing me that the soup name was displayed with unpleasant facial expressions while some other customers hear what she said to me. And I explained that I can’t get the papaitan soup because of my uric acid and she continues debating me. Because of my experience I will never go back again to this restaurant anymore. Please note it’s not about the food why your customers coming back., it’s about the service. At this issue your customer service is . You loose one customer at a time. Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The polvoron we buy at blue ribbon batha near to saj market is very bad taste, its taste like expired already. The expiration showed its 1mon and 11 days(production date 4-4-26 expiration 15-5-26. Can you taste your product. Its near to expired. We just buy yesterday night. Meal type: Other Price per person: SAR 40–60 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I was seriously craving pancit palabok, so I went to Blue Ribbon Bakeshop and Restaurant in Batha, beside Lapaz Batchoy—and honestly, it was a huge mistake. I paid 30 SAR for something that was completely unacceptable. The noodles were bland, soggy, and watery. The sauce had no flavor at all—only the toppings had any taste. It felt like I was eating leftovers soaked in water. I forced myself to eat half because I was hungry, but after that I started feeling sick—shaky and nauseous, like I was about to vomit. This was a terrible experience. Definitely my first and last time eating here. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
