I rarely write reviews. And I mean I NEVER write reviews. But I had to take time out of my day to find this page to write a fat 5 star review. I’ve been eating from blue fin for the past year or so, and they have delivered nothing but the highest quality sushi using the highest quality ingredients without gouging their prices like every restaurant here in Qatar does. The salmon and tuna they use is always fresh, and I’ve ordered maybe 100 times and not a single time did the raw fish have any fishy smell. The imitation crab they use isn’t the cardboard that other restaurants serve for 10x the price. Their portions of protein is insane, they don’t hold back. They always listen to special requests on food apps. THANK YOU BLUEFIN! I am so happy you exist and you guys are setting a standard for restaurants in Qatar.
