So my family decided to get bob evans tonight (March 7th, 2024 @ about 6 pm), and not only did we have to make two trips, the order was still messed up. The first trip, we got all the way home and found that an entire meal was missing, the pot roast dinner. So one member made a second trip back to the restaurant where they promised to fix the issue and make everything fresh. He talked with the manager who went through each item in the restaurant, only to find that they forgot the same meal AGAIN. They then went back a got it so we thought everything was right from then on. Nope. When he got home, we pulled out the meal to not only find an entire portion of it was missing, they sloppily threw a sad amount of what they DID remember into the container. The meal is pictured which is supposed to have mashed potatoes and gravy which was completely missing. We have gotten food from this restaurant almost every weekend for a year now, including this same exact meal and it has NEVER arrived this way. On top of that, the extra side of loaded fries werenot exactly what I would call “loaded”. There was a total of two bacon pieces, NO sour cream, and maybe five shredded pieces of cheese. Then when we called back, they promised to refund our entire meal at that very moment due to their tremendous mess up, only to have not received a refund (they are now close to close) and we have not been sent an email with a confirmation number. It’s safe to say that it has been very disappointing considering that my mother flew in from a different state after not being home for over a month and we were highly looking forward to having a familiar and comforting meal. (mind you, the meal that was messed up was HER meal). Safe to say, we probably wont be eating at this location again. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1
