Hi As The Pokeball Turns, We sincerely apologize for your experience. What you described regarding the Thai Tea Stormy, the Mochi Donut, the cleanliness of the floors, and the restroom supplies does not reflect the standards we expect at Boba+. There is no excuse for stale product, lack of flavor, or an environment that feels under-maintained. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can address these issues immediately, including product freshness, drink quality, service attentiveness, and overall cleanliness. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to us directly or stop by and ask for a manager so we can remake your drink, replace the donut, and ensure you receive the experience you should have had the first time. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
