Came to celebrate family birthday and the food was amazing. Entraña cooked to a perfect medium rare, and my wife got the noquis (gnocchi) in manchego fondue. Ambiance is a bit more suited for a date than a family gathering. Service was excellent and they went above and beyond for us. Came here with a group of 7-8 people on Friday, 6/18/21, and had a great time. Located on Riverside Dr, in the heart of Toluca Lake, Bodega Malbec Argentinean Grill is a pretty cool spot. It was my first time dining at this restaurant, and while I had been inside once before, I had no idea they had a back patio. That's where we ended up getting seated, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. With a menu full of great options, it was a little difficult to choose what to order. My friend and I decided to split the Tabla Mixta, with Bife de Chorizo ($35.95) and Entrana Parrilla ($26.95). Both items were delicious, though I strongly preferred the Bife de Chorizo. I would definitely order this item again, and highly recommend it to others. To drink, I had a couple IPAs and a glass of red wine. If looking for some good Argentinean food, Bodega Malbec figures to be a great option in the area. This is a cuisine that I don't eat often, so I am by no means an expert on it. That said, I really enjoyed my meal here. Aside from the food, service was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The ambience is nice, and prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. Go ahead and give this place a try!
