Here’s a polished review you could post: I cannot say enough good things about Bojangles in Acworth, Georgia! Kiki and her staff consistently provide some of the best customer service I have experienced anywhere. No matter how busy the restaurant gets, and even when they are dealing with challenges like equipment issues, Kiki and her team always remain calm, professional, friendly, and focused on taking care of their customers. What stands out most is their consistency. Every visit is met with a warm attitude, efficient service, and a genuine commitment to making sure customers have a great experience. It is clear that Kiki leads by example, and her crew follows suit. On top of the outstanding service, the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. It is refreshing to see a team that takes so much pride in both customer service and food quality. Kiki and her staff are a tremendous asset to Bojangles and to the Acworth community. If you’re looking for great food and exceptional service, this location is the gold standard. Keep up the fantastic work! This version is professional, enthusiastic, and highlights Kiki’s leadership and the team’s ability to deliver excellent service even under pressure.
