If I could rate this place a zero I would. Manager is stuck in a power trip, instead of worrying about what food from the place you work at you’re gonna eat, or what mean comment you’re going to say about a worker, worry about the line of costumers you have out of the door both inside and drive thru. Literally worst Bojangles goes experience I’ve ever had. No wonder they’re always hiring this sorry excuse of a manager drives everyone away. Also how are you not going to have food items ready on a slow afternoon? Did you eat them all?? I wish I got your name but you’re surprisingly smart enough to flip your name tag around. Anywho not to blame the actual workers they were very nice and understanding. Anyways it’s been 17 minutes since we ordered our food she said 5 min wait. if yall want this place to succeed, start by firing her. Thanks. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very rude to me after i told them my sandwich wasn’t all the way cooked . I did get another one after.. they wanted me to take a picture of the sandwich that wasn’t cooked lol two days later i came back to get another sandwich & told them i never received a refund after being told that I would - They basically deny my claim argued in front of me while customers were in line waiting for their food in the middle of the lunch, rush about a sandwich that was raw never in my life. Have I ever been in an establishment like this Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Takes 5-7 minutes per customer in the drive thru. Slowest drive thru I've ever been to, and this is consistent week after week. 25 minutes waiting behind 3 cars Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
