Stopped through on the way. The dining room and counter was clean from what i saw. The stafe were nice and loud. Feel the loud is required at Bojangles though. A worker named Shawnie was super nice. The food was good. I got the Bo bites and a family size dirty rice. LOVED THE DIRTY RICE. They charge 39cents for extra sauces which was abit weird. I do recommend and might stop on the way back through too. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I placed an order online, my husband and kids went into pick it up an hour before they closed. They were out of biscuits so she said we would have to wait 7 mins. Then they were out of sides, and Victoria said "she ain't making no more fixens, we close at 8pm." Granted it was 7:09 when I placed my order. So my son agreed to change his side to something else. While we were waiting someone came in trying to order just chicken strips and she said "she wasnt making anymore." An employee in the back said "there is 40 mins until we close." Our first time here and unfortunately we wont be back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have actually never gotten a meal from this location that was completely correct as far as what I ordered, but today was the worst instance. Got an order that wasn't mine at all. The items in the bag didn't even match the ticket, so the wrong order also had mistakes. Was told I have to come back to the store to get a refund and it's not worth the hassle. Will not be going back here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
