WOW!!!! employees talking and cussing in the kitchen area, more people walking out then they are serving this morning, lady who took our order rang us up and made the food for us, waiting for our food a different customer comes in with there order that was wrong talking with a different employee was complaining about wring food she said a lot of employees called out and there District manager did not care nor manager on duty. This is a shame a corporate business that does not care.! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

this is the worst restart I have ever been to!! they never open on time,the employees just stroll in with no urgency and I had to tell one to wash her hands.they are slow when they do ger there and always arguing. the manager says she overslept while two others sit outside playing with their phones.ive been late to work countless times and now im done.id rather pay more at waffle house!!! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I want to take a moment to recognize Guadalupe Espinoza, the cashier at this Bojangles in Covington, GA. 5155 HWY 278. From the moment I pulled up and heard her voice, she was calm, patient, and genuinely comforting. The entire experience felt smooth and easy — no rushing, no attitude, just professionalism and care. I watched her prepare the food, and everything was fresh and done right. What stood out most was her demeanor. She didn’t give off that “I don’t want to be here” energy you sometimes run into. Instead, she was naturally calm and naturally calming, and it made a real difference. The food here is usually good, and the service is often decent, but it’s sometimes paired with attitude. Guadalupe had none of that. She was marvelous, and employees like her deserve to be noticed and appreciated. I truly hope Bojangles recognizes the value she brings — we need more service like this.
