Im getting tired of asking for cajun fries and get them just to have not a bit of seasoning and barely cooked. Like come on bojangles fries are supposed to automatically come with the seasoning are they just being cheap or lazy

I love bojangles food. Mostly the fried chicken and my breakfast sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and the sweet tea. But here lately we've been experiencing either bad food or bad service from all the bojangles we go to. On this day and location, my biscuit looked old and it was hard. The girl outside the window grabbed my bag and handed it to me behind her back with out turning around to give it to me or speaking to me. I still said thank you. I said is there a fork in there for my bo-berry biscuit, she says yes. And that was it. She was still facing the window talking to the cashier on the inside. I drive off with no fork in the bag. I was pretty upset about it, they were way too busy to go back thru the line. New review 06-20-26 I'm so tired of ordering something i love to eat from a place I love to eat from and being disappointed. Yesterday my food was great. Today NOT GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got borounds and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, the biscuit was supposed to be light brown, does this look light brown?? No it's very dark and hard, and cold. The sausage was old and dry. And the borounds were soggy. Ewwwww!!!!! NOT HAPPY TODAY!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO GIVE SOMEONE FOOD LIKE THAT, LIKE WE GOT MONEY TO WASTE. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10

I had such a positive experience going through the drive-thru at 8:12pm. There were so many cars (12-15) but it only took 10 minutes to get through. The cashier that took my order was so nice and pleasant and the order was exact and fresh. Kudos to the team!
