Went two nights in a row, had a friend visiting who had never had bojangles before. Both nights they had no tenders, no chicken except chicken bites. We put an online order in, only to find out by the time we got there that they had no tenders or chicken at all. Asked for refund and hey had us do it ourselves through the app. We even called 20 minutes prior to leaving to make sure they had chicken and they didn’t answer after multiple tries. Absolutely ridiculous. Genuinely not worth your time, please re direct your attention to a much better managed location nearby. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The remodel is nice. The drive through employee was pleasant. Nothing cooked to order in my bag. Dry, cold, and incorrect. Called multiple times to share the feedback. No answer. Filled out survey on the main business page. I had stopped going years ago because nothing was improving in the accuracy of my order. Nothing modified. Just ordered by number. The Men's room was disgusting. It's impossible to believe that the food is clean and uncontaminated if the place to wash your hands looks like this. There weren't even paper towels to dry my hands. I walked right out. Don't go in there. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
