The dumb dude at the drive thru window said I can’t add an extra honey mustard at the drive thru window that I have to come inside and it cost .50 cent but I have a toddler and newborn in the car with me and can’t just leave them inside the car to get a honey mustard that should be given to me at the drive thru window like every other restaurant in the world.. Just came here 2 days ago and asked for an extra honey mustard at the drive thru and that lady had no issue giving me my extra sauce at the window. Horrible customer service especially seeing I have little kids in the car with me!! Service: 1

The food is usually good but the service is horrible. I've had a free biscuit combo promo on my profile for weeks and each time I add a combo the app tells me I don't have the correct items. I even attempted it with the exact order in the picture connected with the promo. I also tried a BOGO free biscuit combo promo code and it didn't work. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This happens to be the cleanest bojangles I have been to eat at.the employees were absolutely nice as can be.amd my food was hot when I got it plus the guy went out of his way to may sure I got a thin piece of chicken on my biscuit when I asked him to.it was fresh cooked.ill be back.might have to travel 30miles but so well worth the travel Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
