In my opinion it's like so many other franchises. Drive thru and app purchases come before people in lobby. Waited in lobby ten minutes, one person washing tables in dining area(not a sole in the place) one person in kitchen area. Reckon rest of crew was on break together, 3 people came from somewhere in the back. Still waiting 8 minutes passed, while crew in sight behind counter. I'll be driving into Hickory instead of visiting this one. Price per person: $1–10

if you want a biscuit that could break somebody’s skull, chicken that spent more time under the light than ben frank, and fries dryer than the sahara desert, come here. here’s 5 stars though

Disappointing Experience at Bojangles I was really let down during my last visit. The chicken biscuit tasted old and stale, like it had been sitting out for a while. What really concerned me, though, was the lack of basic food safety practices I noticed while waiting for my order. No one behind the counter wore gloves when serving food, scooping fries, or putting meals together. I also didn’t see anyone washing their hands before handling food. It made me question how clean the kitchen area might be. I love Bojangles normally, but this location really needs to improve its hygiene and freshness standards—I won’t be coming back until it does. Price per person: $1–10
