Rude customer service , made my table leave early when they close at 10? They made us leave at 8:42 and they weren’t busy at all, our table was just sitting and enjoying our time being quiet but apparently they closed in 10 minutes?? Bojangled get better workers because I work in customer service and it is a NUMBER 1 rule to not tell customers to leave Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

RAW CHICKEN.... March 22, 2026... aound 8:30 am time entering Bojangles in Jasper Alabama. I have never been this furious about a restaurant. Frustrated maybe but this was ridiculous and inexcusable. We ordered and while the staff were polite I feel like they didn't take it seriously at all. We ordered 2 CHICKEN biscuits meals for my husband and I and biscuits for the grandbabies. We sat down to eat are food and I look up and my husband face was complete disgusted. I asked him what was wrong bc he went from chewing his food to holding it in his mouth to spitting it out. He opened the biscuit up. And then proceeded to open the chicken up. The chicken wasn't just under cooked with a little pink. It was just flat out raw. Uncooked pretty much. I go up there and she looks at it and then speaks to the cook. They then go over to all the biscuits and start opening them up. He did apologize. It's clear there were several that were Uncooked. Some cooked some were not. Then comes over to me with another biscuit. I looked at her... like seriously. But yep. I was like if he will eat it. Like ma'am he just bit into raw freaking chicken. I am trying to stay calm at this point. We had our grandbabies. Honestly I wanted to get rude. My husband bit into raw chicken meat first of all. Do you know how dangerous that is. Very.... and yall don't even offer a refund.... just here have another biscuit. Disgusting. My husband tried but honestly neither of us could finish our food. We waited for our grandbabies to finish there plain biscuits and just left. I shouldn't have had to demand a refund on something that serious. I am angered by this. Like how many people did they give raw chicken too. Hopefully we caught it and no one else did. But this is dangerous. I am writing this review also to make note just in case we end up at the hospital from it. Also... we never got a receipt. We were supposed to get our daughter and son in law something. But NO... WE WENT TO JACK'S INSTEAD FOR THERE FOOD. WE ATE AT BOJANGLES EVERY WEEKEND BUT NO MORE. IF THIS IS HOW YOU DO CUSTOMERS AFTER EATING RAW CHICKEN THEN I AM GOOD. ALL YOU DO IS CHICKEN... BUT HONESTLY I AM MORE UPSET ABOUT HOW IT WAS HANDLED. Food: 1 Service: 1 Price per person: $30–40
