I have eaten at this particular Bojangles for years and found it much better than other Bojangles in the area, especially in the food quality. Now, it's been about a year or so since I was here last and was very disappointed. The chicken, 3 piece dark meat meal, looked like it was going to be great, but proved totally the opposite. The crispy crust was exactly that, but it was so hard that it just popped off and was like a hard bowl. My main reason for going here is the crust. This was the first time that I actually tossed most of my order away. The thighs were very tough, probably from the same reason as the the hard inedible crust, and the leg was one bite into it convinced me where it would inevitably end up. The sides were literally room temp. And this was a dine in. And on top of that, no biscuit was provided. The atmosphere was fresh and clean. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Stopped on a road trip with my granddaughter. Having eaten there before and it being good we decided to stop there again. Our chicken supremes tasted like they had been under the heat lamp all morning, the pintos and the biscuits were cold. Melody, who I assumed to be the manager because she was bossing everyone else around, was condescending, rude and abrupt with me and every customer after me. Will never stop there again. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This is the worst bojangles I've been to. They used to be good at first then all of a sudden they have employees that have nothing but attitudes. We had a cashier, don't know what her name was but we asked her a question and she just walked off and told someone else to take over. We didn't even get half our order. We were on a lunch break and didn't have time to sit around. We won't be going to that one ever again. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
