Despite being located on one of Monroe's busiest streets, the drive-thru team during the breakfast rush is usually energetic and surprisingly fast. It’s a reliable stop for anyone heading to work or the university. There’s a genuine friendliness here. You’re often greeted with a sincere "Good morning," and the staff is generally patient if you’re trying to decide between the various biscuit combinations. The Cajun Filet Biscuit is the standout item—perfectly seasoned chicken with a kick, nestled in a light, buttery, and fluffy biscuit that tastes homemade. It's arguably the best Cajun chicken biscuit in the city. You can also pick up a gallon of "Legendary" sweet tea for the office and enjoy a breakfast that truly feels substantial. If you have a sweet tooth, make sure not to leave without trying a Bo-Berry Biscuit. It’s a warm blueberry biscuit topped with sweet icing, making it a perfect dessert or a decadent breakfast treat. Honestly im not really sure the experience can be fixed or redeemed. We placed an online order and waited well over an hour and well over 45 minutes after the order said it was ready. Inside the store was closed so we couldn't go in and ask about it after the person at the window told us to pull forward at the window and sitting there another 30 minutes we motioned for the worker to come to the door because we were sick of waiting he came to the door and acted confused so he got im assuming the manager to come to the door Courtney is the name she gave us when asked she was extremely rude and had an attitude with us for asking how much longer it would be mind you we had been waiting well over an hour and a half at this point.
