I just wanted to give a shoutout to Matthew for his excellent customer service at the drive-thru! It was a busy time, and I asked if I could have a drink tray. The employee working the drive-thru window insisted they didn't have any and said Matthew had just gotten there, so he didn't know. Meanwhile, Matthew took the time to look anyway and spotted the drink trays sitting right on top of the food counter. Even when his coworker called for him to stop looking, he kept trying to help and made sure I got what I needed. It's the little things that make a difference, and Matthew's willingness to help, even during a rush, really stood out. Thank you, Matthew, for your great attitude and outstanding customer service. I had left a feed back on the actual Bojangles website but I want to personally Thank Demetrious for his over and beyond quality of customer service he did it with a spirit of “Excellence “!Thank you for delivering my correct order when my original order was incorrect.He kept apologizing for something he didn’t do he just came on his shift but he took care of the problem with delivery it doesn’t get no better than this kind of customer service!Thank you 5-star!..This is someone who knows how to keep a customer! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Been a long time customer and they have fallen off with quality and professionalism. (May 2026) They start serving at the drive through at 5:00am and on a Thursday I ordered an ice coffee, which are delicious and the guy said it will be 10 minutes so I canceled the entire order because I have to be at work by 5:30am, then on the following Tuesday I ordered an ice coffee, and the guy said "we don't got that" and I asked, when will it be ready, he said "when it get done," another day after my 10 hour+ shift I went to order BoBites which are also delicious but after I paid, the girl at the window then decides to mention it will be 8 minutes and to park over there...I would have liked to know before I paid, like...it was already expensive for 25 it was $25+, someone told me I hope they get the order right and give you the right amount after waiting, well they didn't, but I wasn't mad because they ended up giving me 43...not sure if it was because I had to wait or they just threw them in the box. Well today, my husband goes there and got me a 9 piece BoBite meal, got it home and he paid for 9 but it was only 6 in the box, plus they were out of the peach honey pepper sauce, which they didn't tell him until he looked in the bag, but he asked for it when ordering. All these mishaps and not to mention several months after we were dining in one day and received undercooked bloody chicken in 2 meals and the same another day. In 1989 I was 16 and myself, my best friend, a cook and a manager took pride in being the opening crew at (Kentucky FC in NY) back when we cut the cabbage, onions and carrots by hand and wore gloves up to the elbows to mix the cole slaw and made the gravy from scratch...all I'm saying is when those doors opened to the public, we had the food prepared and ready to sell and kept it flowing, Bo j... has what looks like 30 people in the kitchen cooking, taking orders and preparing food but they are constantly lacking on the professionalism and quality and many of the employees don't even care, and management must don't care since they allow it..real talk. With all the negative energy in fast food spots, its a must before eating to bow my head and send the words up because I don't want negative energy transfered through the food I'm going to eat. SMH
