Update: picked up the replacement meal offered by the manager, however, there is still issues.. the sauces paid for in the initial meal were no where in the bag. The sandwich was a regular chicken sandwich, not the cajun, per the original meal and reciept. The boberry biscuit was squished in the bag and in crumbles. Needless to say, if you value any version of quality, don't eat here. We won't be returning to this location again. Got 3 seperate meals for myself, my partner and our child. A chicken sandwich combo with no lettuce and no tomato, a sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo, a2 piece supreme kids meals and a boberry biscuit. We all got sweet tea. The issue begins with the supreme kids meal, the chicken is rubbery and so are the fries. The second problem is the chicken sandwich was ordered without lettuce and tomato but still had lettuce and tomato on the sandwich making the breading on the chicken soggy and gross. The sausage was hard and the biscuit was inedible. The sweet tea tasted like cleaning chemicals and stale tea leaves. This location has gone so far down hill and its disgusting. The best the manager offered was to replace the entire meal.. Food: 1

Well Done Rolesville, NC Bo! Ordered a very large catering order a few weeks ago. Easy order, very easy pick up and Everyone was extremely impressed. Thank you for the hard work and organization. Chicken Biscuits were fresh and YUM! Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5

Giving a 1 star because the rice gave my husband and sister food poisoning. My husband had some on 3/1/2026 and my Sister (and 1y/o niece) had it on 3/2/2026. I hope many people see this. DO NOT ORDER THE RICE. IT IS CONTAMINATED. YOU WILL GET SICK IF YOU EAT IT. Clarification: Its has been 2 days of bad rice that has made people sick. I pray Bojangles sees this.
