Ordered 2 meals- just tenders, egg and cheese biscuit, 2 large fries w extra seasoning, two extra large teas, and a pie through doordash. No drinks, missing a fry, and the one we got was completely seasonless and stale. All of our food tasted like it was made the night before, and it wasn't because of delivery time. (I've gotten bojangles and drove a ways before eating it before) Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very quick service. We had 4 meals: each a bit complicated, and the cashier got everything right. Chicken was great. Iced tea hit the spot after 4 hours driving. Bathrooms needed attending. There was a clogged urinal (!!) And water all over the floor. Also no paper towels and I despise electric hand dryers Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

After pulling myself up from being homeless for three years I thought I would like to treat myself to one of my favorite meals at Bojangles. I thought it was odd the restaurant was unclean, had few customers and the employees were far more interested in chatting with each other than taking, making or serving my order. Once I receive my order I decided to take it to my new place to enjoy. At least my home is clean. When I sat down to eat my meal I was disappointed to discover only a portion of what I had ordered was handed to me. The next day I returned to Bojangles, explained the above, and asked them to please make this right. They refused. Thanks guys for keeping the nightmare real. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
