This has been our policy for the past 8 years. The spicy boneless chicken you picked up at 5 pm today falls under the same category. While you only mentioned it being overcooked, however you picked up the food around 5:30 p.m. and complained about it being overcooked around 8 p.m. We use timers and cook precisely for 8 minutes, so the possibility of only your food being overcooked is minimal. This is because at that time, there were no other orders, so we only cooked your food. Additionally, if you complain about food being overcooked after more than 2 hours of picking up deep-fried food, we cannot agree with that because a lot of time has passed, therefore we don't believe that you experienced the true taste of our chicken and we cannot confirm how the food was handled during that time. Again, I want to emphasize that we never reuse old food. If we did, as you claim, we wouldn't have been able to sustain this business for the past 7-8 years. You requested us to remake the food and deliver it directly to your home, but when we declined, you threatened to report us to the council and even tried to intimidate us. By posting such baseless reviews without verifying the facts, you're misleading others into thinking that we operate this way.
