The servers and crews are really rude, I asked a crew to clean up our table which we still haven't eaten on but he keeps on passing our way and just ignoring us. The look on his face looks really tired and rude, I mean I get it if you're tired but come on be professional at least? Do better, this might be the worst branch ever. Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cashier was distracted and not welcoming. She's talking to her co-employee while taking my order, leading her to not being able to give my change. I noticed I haven't received any change when I was about to sit and wait for my order (which is also my fault as I was busy looking through my bag for some coins she asked for). Good thing I remembered and was able to go back and ask for it. However, her tone was kind of rude and sarcastic, seemed not to believe in me, I feel so disrespected for the first time in my life eating at BonChon. YOU BETTER HAVE A GOOD MANAGEMENT TRAINING AND TO FIX THE ATTITUDE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES AT THIS POINT. Also, the high-chair was bent and was about to collapse at any moment. The table was not cleaned enough as I noticed some sauce drips left. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₱1–500 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Took an hour to get our food. For a franchise marketing to be somewhat fast food, this is atrocious. Do not eat here AT ALL COSTS. Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
