I’ve been a regular customer here for a while and have never had any issues until this recent experience. I was given an e‑voucher directly from the Bonbon HQ marketing team. I’ve successfully used similar e‑vouchers before at the Bonbon store in M‑City with no problems—the staff there simply wrote down the voucher number, took a photo, and honoured it. However, when I visited the Bonbon store in Springvale, the manager told me that vouchers cannot be accepted from a phone and must be printed. While I thought this was inconsistent with my previous experiences, I accepted it and assumed this store may have different procedures. I then went to the Bonbon store across the road at Springvale Shopping Centre, where the staff immediately claimed her manager callled to tell her that the e‑voucher was fake. This was quite upsetting, especially as the voucher came directly from Bonbon’s HQ marketing team and similar vouchers have been honoured at other Bonbon locations. I’ve since contacted the HQ marketing team and am awaiting their response and definitely will lodge a complaint through there too. My advice to others is to be mindful when purchasing or using vouchers at the Springvale Bonbon stores. Based on my experience at the new store in Springvale Shopping Centre, I won’t be returning due to the way customers are treated and the refusal to honour their own company vouchers, including accusing customers of using fake vouchers. $8.60 just for a small tub of cream tiramisu. Dont be fooled by those pre cut packed cakes. Purchased a small tiramisu that was $8.60. 1. It was not fresh, it was hard rock frozen 2. Ratio of sponge cake and cream was out of portion. It was literally 1/2cm of cake and the rest was filled with cream to the rim. Such a disgrace and disappointment, ill stick to bread top as per usual. Food: 1 Service: 2

Extremely rude behaviour from either the owner or staff. If you do not wish to serve customers after 3pm, it would be better to close rather than provide such poor service. Basic customer service was lacking, particularly toward elderly customers. Unfortunately, experiences like this explain the low ratings. Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
