Wow, in terms of cost, I've got the most amazing double bedroom and also the living room with a fold-out double bed 400 quid. However, let's weigh this into perspective. The accommodation is above hotel for star standard. The master bedroom in itself is exemplary. The fell out beds with a master TV and fireplace. It's just great for a parking. A couple of kids or a young, loving couple up to the bad thing, but let's go back to the fact, it's 100 pounds. It's immaculate, it's clean. It's ridiculously smart and quite frankly, I am shocked, I'm in the centre of windmere on bonus with all the action is All the hotel.\n S are offering 300 pounds per room for a double all. I have to do is nip out down the road and get a beautiful breakfast in any hotel or a restaurant and I'm away. I will be coming back in fact, I may buy the building. This is insane. Congratulations to the owners because they've managed to make this place. Look, just absolutely bloody Beautiful and exceptionally clean. I can't fault it

Went to the butchers 30 mins before closing, and he raced to put a sign up saying “due to technical fault we are closed” - I asked him why and he couldn’t answer me, then proceeded to shake his head at me. Then, started covering the meat for tomorrow’s sales. - He just wanted to shut up early so he could be out on time I understand 5/10 mins at a push, but 30 mins before closing! Poor service from booths.

Disappointing experience. We purchased coffee from the café and sat at one of the tables. We also had a croissant that we bought from the supermarket, which belongs to the same brand and is located in the same building and premises. While we were eating, an older member of staff told us that this was not allowed, which we understand if that is the café’s policy. However, what disappointed us was the way it was handled. Instead of politely explaining the rule to us, she raised her voice from a distance and repeated herself several times in front of other customers. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and made us feel unwelcome. Respectful customer service is just as important as enforcing policies.
