We're very sorry to hear about your experience. This is certainly not the standard we strive for, and we understand how concerning it would be to find something unexpected in your meal. We'd appreciate the opportunity to learn more about what happened and make this right. Please reach out to us directly at info@bordergrill.net or send us a private message with the location you visited and any additional details so we can investigate with our team. Thank you for bringing this to our attention—we take food quality and safety very seriously, and we'll do everything we can to address the issue.

We are so sorry to hear about your experience with our store, our apologies. There is no excuse, we need to do better and if you come for another visit, we know we will. We haven't changed any of our items, ingredients, or measurements for our items, perhaps we have a newer cook at the location you were at or they just weren't doing what they should at the time and that is on us. We hope to see you again, and again our apologies
