We have been at this pub for however long we've been coming to Carlisle, it was our favourite pub, but tonight on 27/6/2026 my other half went to get us a drink, to be told the management don't want to serve us we had done nothing wrong sitting outside pub like the rest of ppl, Ross asked for our usual drinks and got refused no reason giving. This is a big downer for us as we have always loved that pub. But there loss now. Stupid young man obviously new to the job, by the looks of him, not happy at all, I could understand if we had done something wrong but we had done not anything wrong at all.they won't see us again ever again. They can sling there hook. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

sorry to hear this i will look into it and get back to you. Having looked into this it appears that you spoke to the glass collector ( who can not serve ) as he was the only male working, he should have explained this to you, he now no longer works for us and i can only apologise for this mix up, i hope you give us another chance.

I went to Carlisle for a stag weekend. We went to The Border Rambler. Good pub to visit.Good atmosphere and play good dance music
