Great food. Service is either outstanding 100% or slower than molasses in January. Morning service better than evening. Brenda the morning waitress is always busy because she is 100% the best. Make sure to ask for her. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $30–40

The service people were wonderful. We were cheerfully greeted my employees as we came in. The food was merely average but the prices were excellent I had the Chinese chicken salad which was tasty but had way too much dressing if I order it again I will ask them to put the dressing on the side. Here's the revised review: After a brutal night stuck on the mountain, sleeping in my truck, and trekking 8 miles through snow and rain, I stumbled into The Kafana at Bordertown - and it was a relief. The warm atmosphere, delicious food, and exceptional service were exactly what I needed to thaw out and recharge. Our waitress was a ray of sunshine - pleasant, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome. Given its remote location, I was blown away by the quality of food and service. If you're ever passing through Bordertown, do yourself a favor and stop by The Kafana - it's a hidden gem!
