Extremely disappointed with the service of this bakery! I give two stars for the bread, because it's true that their bread is very good, but that's the only thing. Because honestly, don't order from this bakery, it's useless. Do not reserve, this in no way guarantees you will have your bread, or your pastry. If they no longer have the bread you reserved to sell to customers, they will give yours away. Whereas I always come at the same time, practically, with a few rare exceptions, because I usually can't come before. And today, at 7:50 p.m., when it's usually always open, I find the door closed, and when I call, I'm told that the bakery closed at 7:40 p.m. Everything is normal! Whereas normally, it is supposed to close at 8 p.m. Another time, same. I had ordered for bread, since I order a not-overcooked tradition every day for the evening, well, the same! When I arrived, I was told that there was no more bread, that there was only grain. So I think there really is a huge inventory management problem. Really! And perhaps also a slight mockery of the customer's face. So, knowing that at 7:50 p.m., obviously, well, almost all the bakeries are closed, I had to go to the station to get some bread. I think I'm going to go back there from now on, because with them at least, of course, it's 10 cents more expensive, but we're sure to have our baguette and that it won't be sold to another customer .
