We have been driving past this bakery for years and each time we are intrigued by a large banner presenting the local specialty, pastechou. We ended up stopping there and buying this intriguing specialty. It’s a kind of very tight brioche, with a few raisins that are too discreet for our taste, which turned out to be perfect for breakfast. The cordiality and kindness of the owner convinced us to come back and share this famous pastechou!
