We recently visited Lucky Strike and were very disappointed with the customer service we received from the front desk staff. From the moment we approached them with a concern, we were met with rude attitudes, dismissive responses, and an unwillingness to help. Every reasonable request or attempt to resolve the issue was immediately refused without explanation or any effort to find a solution. We came expecting a fun night out and left frustrated and disappointed. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, provides additional customer service training, and ensures future guests are treated with courtesy and respect.

Very disappointing experience. We were told over the phone that games would be charged at $9.99 if we arrived before 4 PM, and we checked in at 3:30 PM. However, we were billed at a higher rate and only discovered it after carefully reviewing the receipt. Management was not helpful and refused to fully honor what was promised. We were also part of a large group, but despite many open lanes, they would not accommodate simple requests to place our lanes together. Poor customer service, lack of transparency, and an overall frustrating experience. We won’t be returning to this location.

Lucky strike Riverside is an amazing venue for parties!! We threw my daughter's 9th birthday party there with around 12 guests! The experience was top notch from the moment we were greeted at the door! Alondra the operations manager and her team were great hosts and very accommodating. The atmosphere and food were great for the price! A must try is the funnel cake fries!!!! We are definitely going to be going back there for years to come!!!
