I absolutely enjoyed my lunch experience at Brahma! I ordered Ahi Bites with a side of avocado & Cucumber Cooler without vodka/gin. The avocado was chopped into small bite size pieces that were the perfect addition for the Ahi Bites to create the perfect poke bowl. The ahi was very fresh, pineapple salsa was delicious and wontons were lightly fried to perfection. The Cucumber Cooler was the perfect pairing for my meal. I can't wait to return and order the same thing! We were seated in the covered outdoor dining area. It was so pleasant and comfortable. We stayed for a long chat. Our server was excellent! I wish I could recall her name to give her credit. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent dog friendly patio space!! We didn't have a reservation, however, they were still able to seat us. The food was very good, unfortunately, they had ran out of the pesto aioli that goes with the pesto garlic fries so, only one order received it, I'm glad we got to try it but it did leave us wishing we had more for the rest of our fries. The beet salad was huge and delicious. The French dip was good. We also had the brisket burger, it was also very good. However, the very generous amount of caramelized onions soaked the bun in onion juice overpowering all the other flavors. We were traveling with our dog and it was a hot day, we were grateful for a dog friendly restaurant that had a nice outdoor dinning space.

Brahma Bar and Grill undoubtedly has its strengths. The ever-changing menu promises freshness and tastiness, reflecting their dedication to quality. The drink selection also stands out, offering a delightful complement to the dining experience. However, my visits during busy times have been a mixed bag. While the food remains impressive, the lack of sufficient staff to handle the influx of customers during rush hours or events can be disappointing. This occasionally results in a feeling of neglect while dining in. Despite this drawback, the inventive dishes and well-crafted drinks are certainly worth returning for. A solid four stars for Brahma Bar and Grill, with the potential to reach higher with improved service during peak times.
